  • Shipping carriers

  • Delivery partners handling your COD order

2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At LUMÉAR , we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
To keep everything clear and simple, please review the policies below:

Exchange Policy – Size Only

  • You can request a size exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchange is accepted only if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The requested size must be in stock.

  • Shipping fees apply for all exchanges (paid by the customer).

If the Item Has a Defect

  • If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • In this case, we will exchange the item without any extra fees, as long as the defect is verified.

  • The replacement is subject to availability.


Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order:

Eligibility

Your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original packaging

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only in cash, delivered back to you through our delivery company.

  • Shipping fees apply and are paid by the customer.

  • Refund will be completed once the item is received and inspected.


Order Acceptance / Rejection at Delivery

You can review the item at the door and choose to:

  • Accept it, or

  • Reject it

However:

  • If you reject the order, you will still pay the shipping fee.


3. Delivery Time

All Lumear orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
